Any of you guys familiar with John's Gun Shop on Western?
It's between Mockingbird and 33rd, near the Animal Lodge.
They have a big "Gunsmith" sign.

A buddy had some handgun sights installed there recently. Price was a little high, but work was done well and turnaround was quick.

They quoted me $75 to install sights!  What a rip off!  Erwin's did them for $30. Im guessing John's will have the same fate as Pro Shooters

Hello!  John here with Johns Gun Shop.
I want to apologize for the miscommunication about our pricing.
The sight install price is $30 for Glock and any sight that does not require fitting.
The price goes up from there depending on how much fitting is required.
1911 sight install can be up to $75-$100 depending on the handgun, sight and if it is staked or not.

Thank you,
John

I went by and met John, Seems like a likable guy. His prices are reasonable and I left a friends gun with him to have some work done to it. ( he does it cheaper than I would---LOL)  :shoot10:
