I heard just today that there's a shop in Dalhart with 9 mm, .45 ACP and .380 ammo.

I didn't get the name, but there's only two placed in Dalhart that sell firearms and this one isn't the Gebo's.  I think he said it is a pawn shop.

Big R up here has some off-brand .40s for $14.99 for 50 rounds.

They also had some boxes of .223 in the same brand for $19.99 for 50 rounds.

FYI, I live ridiculously close to A&K.
If you call over and they have something you need, but are afraid it will sell out before the next time you're in Canyon, let me know.
I can scoop it up and then you can come get it from me at your convenience.

I've seen the monarch brass 9mm for 10.99 a box several times on Sunday at Academy lately. I didn't go by there today but the last two Sundays they have had it.

The new pawn shop in Dalhart is Cash for Gold  they had ammo Saturday I didn't ask any prices  but I would be very surprized  if it was affordable. I'll call them today and post prices.

Erwin's Pawn has some 7.62x39. It's steel cased Russian and Chinese stuff. They're asking $6/box for it.

They also had some PMC 223 in stock, but I missed the price.

There was also some Prvi .308 match grade there at 17.50/box.

Riverfield's has a bunch of ammo in there on consignment. Just about any caliber you could want was in the sale from rifle to pistol to shotgun.

There's PMC Bronze up here for $8 for 20 rounds.

If you're hurting for .223, that is.  I don't have a rifle that shoots it.

I wanted .303 Savage.

Riverfields was less than helpful.

Gander Mountain had some Blazer Aluminum (non-reload) JHP in .357 for 50@$24.99.  They had several boxes of .327 CorBon.  Some other bigger caliber, too - .454, etc.

I'm hoping to find some .38 special or .38+P in defensive hollowpoints.
