Was wondering when the next membership meeting was and if anyone one here is going. Want to become a member if I can.

There is a meeting on the first Saturday of every month and the following Thursday.  Saturdays are at 8:30 and Thursdays at 7:00.  Real easy to become a member $100 annual membership, $25 NRA membership and a "test". Let me know if you got anymore questions.

gtuck is correct, I would add that if you go in January allow for some extra time as all memberships expire in Jan and most everyone will be there to renew.

I don't know of a way besides the first Saturday of the month or first Thursday.  You might call up there, you will have to leave a message, but they should get it on maintenence night tomorow.

I had let my membership lapse due to medical issues, but in December or January I called up there and left a message. A wwk or so later I got a call from someone up there.
I explained I wanted to renew my membership.
His response was about the monthly saturday meetings. I explained that I have other obligations on those saturdays. He said: "Well, like I said the first saturday of the month".
I joined shootrready. Its a CLEAN well maintained place and act like they want your business.
I got the feeling that lets shoot could care less......

Just my opinion, but they are toast in my book.
What guns??

You have to go through the orientation/saftey class at Lets Shoot to join or rejoin after a certian amount of time(its a insurance thing).  And as you know as a former member, Lets Shoot is not a business, but a social club, no one actully works there or makes money off of it.  Members are free to come and shoot as they please 6am-10pm 365 days a year(everyone gets a key), but meetings and orientation/safety classes are held the first Saturday of the month, and the Thursday after that.

It was also mentioned at the last meeting that the club may have to consider limiting membership, since there are almost 600 members now and it seems there are thirty to fourty new members signing up each month.
